?? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

? What You'll Be Doing:
This is your moment to shine as the numbers magician who keeps everything balanced and running like a well-oiled machine! ???
?? Key Responsibilities:
* ?? Assist with budget prep & management… because your forecasting skills are ??.
* ?? Oversee payroll processes (and jump in as a backup!), ensuring compliance with Prevailing Wage ?? and completing Certified Payroll Reporting without a hitch.
* ?? Prepare and manage financial reporting like the boss you are!
* ?? Handle accounts receivable, including cash applications, adjustments, and credit management.
* ?? Supervise Accounts Payable processes while being the go-to backup hero if needed.
* ??? Own the month-end close process: journal entries ? and reconciliations ?.
* ?? Administer and track commission advances, payouts, and accruals like a pro!
?? What We're Looking For:
* A construction industry accounting wizard ??? with at least 5+ years of experience in accounting & payroll.
* ?? Proven expertise managing** prevailing wage projects** without breaking a sweat.
* ?? A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field, because you're fancy like that).
* ?? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills… Pivot Table and V-Lookup lovers, this one's for you!
